storage, must sell!
1967 ALF Aero Chief. It is a 90-foot model with tandem rear
axle. Rig is powered by a 6-71 Detroit Diesel Engine and has a
5-speed manual transmission with a two-speed rear end. Also
has a 250 G.P.M. pump and a small booster tank (unsure of size).
There is a two bottle breathing air system piped to the basket.
Body and paint are in good shape; stored indoors until the
first week of June. Top speed is currently 45 M.P.H., but the
two speed rear end motor is stuck in low gear—have been told a new
motor is $30. This should raise the speed at least 5 M.P.H.
Rear tires 30%, front tires 50%. Power steering and good air
brakes. This truck runs like a top, granted a 45 M.P.H. top,
but it runs great!
